Once you’ve considered the above, write out any questions and concerns you may have, then contact our team.
Our team will provide tailored and personalized design ideas, alternations and upgrades to suit your interests and needs.
Pick one of our Container home models as a starting point, choose upgrades and off-grid options, and include key decision makers like family or friends in the process.
Once adjustments and upgrades have been confirmed, we will provide a quote and time frame for your build.
After finalizing the adjustments and upgrades, we will give you a quote and timeline for your build.
To secure your building slot, we will send you the building contract for you to sign and pay the 20% deposit.
At this stage, we’ll send you an invoice. Please transfer the deposit to move forward.
Our team will go over and finalize the fittings and fixtures to customize your home, including cabinetry, flooring, tapware, and more.
Approve any features and finishes, along with any additional upgrades you’d like, to personalize your home
Once the fixtures and fittings are finalized, we will start the construction.
Make appointments to visit our warehouse to see the progression of your build at key intervals. If not, we’ll update you with photos and videos.We will organize transportation and supply you with a ‘Maintenance and Warranty Guide’ that contains all the necessary information for taking care of your home.

We start by procuring a brand-new container after an order is received. No second-hand or refurbished
This step involves deciding on a layout plan. Then we move on to cutting and welding.
At this step, the whole container is thoroughly cleaned and sprayed with the color of your choice.
The next level includes covering and insulating the floor. All our container homes come with a step-up subfloor.
For the framing of the container, we use 90*35 and 90*45 treated pine and LVL lintels of 190mm * 45mm above.
We then install the plumbing system. It includes separate lines for hot and cold water, waste, and sewer lines.
After designing the electrical system, we install the electrical panel including the circuit breakers.
Insulate container walls and ceiling with R 3.5 Earthwool insulation unless otherwise specified.
13mm fire check plasterboard is delivered and installed by our installers. All plasterwork is base-coated and top-coated.
After plastering and fixing are completed, painters give the container home its first 2 coats of Dulux durable.
Installing a kitchen, European laundry, and vanity. Fitting of all components in the specification list, giving a final touch.
After finishing the construction process, it is time to inspect your luxury container home prior to delivery.
