Order cutoff time allows you to set a time after which you will no longer process orders received on that day. For orders processed after cutoff time, one day gets added to the delivery time estimate. (11 pm)

Transit time

Transit time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver a product to a customer. (1 day)

International Shipping:

At this time, Containable Luxury ships exclusively within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.

Return or Exchange Policy Related to Shipping:

30-Day Return Policy

At Containable Luxury, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your item, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your purchase to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused.
  • It should have all original tags and packaging.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@containableluxury.com.au. We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back without a prior return request.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice that the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will work to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

For a swift exchange, return the item you have following our return process. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
